Orlando Mountain Bike Park

After a long wait, this urban mountain bike park is open! The park has been built on an old navy base close to downtown Orlando. The park includes a mountain bike area with a pump track, junior pump track and a single track trail through the woods of approximately 1 mile of tight, twisty, but fairly easy trail. Since the park opened in 2015 the group has continued to maintain and add new features making a visit here a must. Some of the newer features is the wooden skills section seen in the videos above and also a n extension rock garden on the single track trail.

At the entrance to the park is Cady Way Trail, a paved trail system that takes you through the Winter Park area. Cady Way also connects to other trails systems allowing to go from Orange County and into Seminole County.

In the immediate area there many options for a post ride meal and adult beverage. If you find yourself in need of any bike parts or maintenance  Kyle’s Bike Shop is very close by, as well as Retro City Cycles. Both are great LBS that I highly recommend.
